All StormHawk™ products are final sale due to the made-to-order nature of each item.

That said, we stand behind what we build.

Defects & Issues

If your order arrives with a defect or damage:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue and packaging
  • We’ll review and make it right (replacement or resolution at our discretion)

Shipping Protection

All orders include shipping insurance at no additional cost.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged in transit:

  • Notify us as soon as possible
  • We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the claim and ensure you’re taken care of

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed products
  • Items damaged during installation
  • Custom or painted parts

Important Notes

Because each set is made to order:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders
  • Please confirm fitment before purchasing
